Meet our Educational Leader

Robinanne Lavelle,
MMgt, MEdMan, PostGradEd, BEc USYD

Robin began her career in Education by opening her own Family Day Care when her son was young. She went on to teach at Primary and Secondary levels, lecture at Sydney and Curtin Universities, and was contracted by Longman Cheshire Publishing to update textbooks for students and teachers.

In the early 2000s, she returned to Early Childhood Education, where she quickly earned the Educator of the Year (Regional) Australia-wide award and was part of a Exceeding Quality Standards Service. She also established a boutique child care centre based on the Family Day Care philosophy.

Today, Robin draws on her wealth of experience to mentor and support educators, fostering high-quality outcomes for every child in care. Her passion is to nurture the ‘best of the best’ educators and create an environment where children are safe, respected, and able to blossom to their full potential.
